1st Commercial Realty Group Inc. specializes in the management and development of commercial, industrial and retail properties.
Formed
in 1989 as California Asset Management, the singular focus of the
company was the management and operation of commercial income producing
properties in Southern California. California Asset Management
expanded rapidly with the confidence of local companies such as San
Antonio Community Hospital and Golden Pacific Bank. Over the next five
years properties were being managed not only in California, but in
Arizona, Nevada and Colorado.
Responding to the demands of a
growing economy, the company expanded in 1995 with the addition of
development under the parent company name of 1st Commercial Realty Group Inc.
1st
Commercial Realty Group and it’s subsidiary California Asset Management
now represents a portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties
totaling more than four million square feet for public and private
institutions, corporations, professional organizations, business
associations, investors and individuals in the United States and Asia.
We
