About Us
1st Commercial Realty Group Inc. specializes in the management
and development of commercial, industrial and retail properties.
1st Commercial was formed in 1989 with the singular focus of management and operation
of commercial income producing properties in Southern California. 1st Commercial
expanded rapidly with the confidence of local companies such as San Antonio Community
Hospital and Golden Pacific Bank. Over the next five years properties managed were
not only in California, but in Arizona, Nevada and Colorado. Responding to the demands
of a growing economy, the company expanded in 1995 with the addition of development.
1st Commercial Realty Group now represents a portfolio of office, retail and industrial
properties totaling more than four million square feet for public and private institutions,
corporations, professional organizations, business associations, investors and individuals
in the United States and Asia.
