Commercial Experience: A California licensed real estate broker since 1978, and a  CPM Candiate Michael was raised and educated in the west end of San Bernardino county, also known as   "The Inland Empire". He has seen the transition of the West End from a predominately agricultural community to a central hub for business, manufacturing and transportation.

Michael has experience in every field of Commercial real estate including, sales, leasing, financing, appraisal, development, investment, syndication and management.

During the last twenty-five years, Michael has represented some of the areas largest syndicators and developers in the acquisition, development, leasing and management of commercial and industrial real estate. He has been responsible for the leasing and management of projects in California, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Nevada and Mexico. Michael's know-how includes complex negotiations with city, federal and re-development agencies. He has experience with issues concerning hazardous waste, computerized energy management systems, fire and earthquake losses and tenant bankruptcy.

Senior Property Manager Pippo Salvia, a CPM  Candidate,a graduate of Long Beach State of California and a California licensed real estate salesperson since 1996.,

Pippo has been involved with all aspects of real estate management for 20 years. 

As Senior Property Manager for 1st Commercial Realty Group Inc, Pippo oversees approximately 4,000,000 sq. ft. of retail, general office, industrial, Associations and medical office buildings located in Northern and Southern California. 

Pippo works in all aspects of real estate management; reporting, rent collections, 3-day notices/evictions, vendor selection and supervision, tenant issues, and marketing.  His expertise in developing vendor relationships results in an extensive supplier base and quick responses to tenant issues.

Irma Rios joined 1st Commercial Realty Group in 2000 as the accounting supervisor. Irma worked through and excelled in every aspect of 1st Commerical’s operations, becoming Vice President of Operations. Irma brings to the organization over 15 years of experience in managing commercial and residential properties in the State of California. She has extensive experience with asset and property management along with an accounting background.

As Vice President of Operations, she is responsible for leading and mentoring the professional growth of personnel in all areas of the company. She is committed to the values and vision of 1st Commercial while delivering exceptional service to our customers. She is a California Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, CPM ® Candidate, Officer of IREM and a California Notary Public. She is currently working on becoming a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

Irma has taken an active role in Business Development to expand 1st Commercial’s asset portfolio and maximize growth opportunities. Her administrative leadership facilitates the resolution of tenant/owner issues, Irma’s attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to view a property from an owner’s perspective has made her a valuable asset to 1st Commercial Executive Team.

Bruce Haniford is the Vice President of Finance of the Company. He has over 39 years of Financial and Accounting management background with over 29 years in real estate development and management experience. Bruce graduated from California State University at Long Beach in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a specialty in Accounting. Upon graduation, Bruce joined Price Waterhouse & Company in Los Angeles, California as a staff accountant. Bruce spent six years with Price Waterhouse becoming a recognized specialist in accounting for and auditing Long Term Construction Contracts and Government Contracting clients. He earned his CPA certificate in California in 1975 after serving in the US Armed Forces overseas.

Bruce accepted the position of Vice President of Finance at 1st Commercial Realty Group, Inc. in March 2009 and is charged with the upgrade of our entire accounting and reporting systems.  His unique blend of management and development experience make Bruce the perfect candidate to assist the Company in their aggressive plans for expansion in the near term and to give special attention to the reporting and accounting needs of the institutional clients of the firm.

Bruce’s skills in finance, accounting coupled with his vast experience in real estate development and acquisition is a key component in the ability of 1st Commercial Realty Group, Inc. to grow its revenue base, enhance client services and to improve its bottom line in the years to come.

Brenda Neilson is a Senior Property Manager for 1st Commercial Realty Group managing the Palmdale Office. Brenda has been with 1st Commercial for six years and is currently responsible for managing 1.5 million sq feet of retail in the Antelope Valley, High Desert and Ventura County. She is an experienced real estate professional active in brokerage, property management, real estate development and office management. Brenda also has owned and operated her own real estate firm as well as managing multiple offices for national real estate organizations. Brenda’s brings her problem solving skills and extensive transactional experience to the 1st Commercial team. Brenda has been involved in the management of over 4 million square feet of office, retail and industrial product and has participated in over $200 million in real estate transactions.
In addition to her property manager responsibilities, Brenda is actively involved in 1st Commercials’ Business Development. She has been responsible for identifying new opportunities throughout the high desert; Palmdale, Lancaster, Bakersfield , Barstow and Victorville.
