Located next to the new Lowes home improvement store in Upland, This will be a two story building with 11,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and 11,000 square feet of elevator served office space on the second floor.  Eight large hangars will be built along the back of the building and may be accessible to tenants in the front retail / office building if desired.
